Great add-on. One thing it needs to be perfect is synchronization so I can be reminded no matter where I am. Keep up the good work.

I've been on the fence using fx. This addon makes it all worthwhile now, and Firefox remains my default browser.
It does just what you need a reminder to do. And it does it well.

I'm so pleased with this add-on! I used to forget to renew the books at my local library and would then be fined. Now I don't have to try to remember -- I just add a reminder in my Reminders' list and am greeted with a pink tooltip when the books are due in! Thanx an awful lot!

zeer leuke tool. nog leuker en handiger zou zijn als je ook een melding zou kunne zenden naar je of een mobiel nummer en zelfs naar je email adress

Excellent add-on...thanks. I love it! However...
I cannot change the current date, which is wrong... Today is July the 22nd, but for ReminderFox it's the 15th, so every reminder or to do I set is set for the following week. How can I set/modify the current day? Please help me!!! This is a little annoying...

I had a bit of grief getting started 'till I read the instructions (duh!) but this is the add-on that really sells me on Thunderbird just by itself. I paid good cash for a birthday/anniversary tracker, but this one is free and very easy to use - my sincere thanks to the author.

I've been using Reminderfox since August 2006. I've used and/or tried many other calendar programs, both free and not free, but Reminderfox is the only tool that has exactly what I need, when I need it, and nothing else. I use Firefox as my primary browser every morning, and during the course of every single day, and so it makes sense to use an add-on that is integrated with it. I'm dealing with my own personal calendar, and so I don't need all the bloat and bells and whistles of a corporate calendar program. Moreover, the Reminderfox concept fits in perfectly with the browser as de-facto personal operating system paradigm. It comes closest to my personal ideal of an OS that is strictly file input-output, as an OS should be, with a browser which serves as the main software platform. All that aside, I've also found that Reminderfox works well, and the calendars are easy to backup. Easy to try to, since it's a Firefox add-on. Easy, problem-free uninstall if it's not what you want.

This is one of those really, really important addons if you're used to using Outlook. I simply could not go without the calendar/reminders feature, and was the one thing preventing me from ditching Outlook for good.
I'd definitely recommend this addon over the "Lightning" addon. It's a lot slimmer, simpler, and does exactly what I need it to.

I have tried many programs for simple todolist and reminders.If installed with sunbird you get a project manager and reminder alarms and todolist for free

This looks like exactly what I'm after - I did use a seperate free reminder program however having an add on to TB is far better. Only getting off the ground with it so far but it seems to do everything I need. If I had one wish it would be to be able to set a default Category as well as all the other defaults... but otherwise keep up the excellent work! (I did try Lightning but I didn't like the naff pane in the mail view, your bow icon is far sleeker!)

Hello Guys!
This plugin is very very usefull and well done, i work supporting IT networks and have to make lots of things at same time, so its very easy to forget some of them. Now, i use the plugin every day and it helps me a lot warning me to dont forget and plus that snooze option, it rocks.
The only thing that u should upgrade and fix is the synchronizing option, like by ftp that didnt work well. Itll be very usefull too.
And if u guys allow me to give make a sugestion, split the reminders by category, so at my work i can be remebered of works reminder. At home, homes reminders.

I live by this tool. I can't remember anything, so having "pop ups" at set times and days (with snooze button) is perfect for me. Repeat event is great, too.
