I was using Cardbook for quite some time with Betterbird, but now it is incompatible due to the Qucikfilter issues. I wish, the co-existence with Betterbird can be restored.

Version 97.7 is marked as incompatible in Betterbird 128.5.2. Please adapt.

It's a pitty that CardBook doesn't work on Betterbird. That means that the quickfilter in Betterbird doesn't work if this AddOn is activated.

Valuable add-on, we use it a lot.
Yet search could be better if it would search for multiple words separated by space in all the fields. I.e. search for contacts containing both ACC in any field and COMPANY_NAME in any field.

Great add-on, but there is a problem in V97.7 with printing the address book:
From memory I previously selected the category then chose Print from the top menu. It then showed a print preview and allowed me to select which fields I wanted to include.
I now have Cardbook V97.7 and if I do the same the print preview shows just a copy of the screen.
If I right-click on the category and select Print Preview it looks the same as before, listing the required fields on the right-hand side, but the page preview is blank
UPDATE: I have since found that by default the page preview selects all fields. If I deselect some then the preview shows as before BUT it doesn't include the postal address, which is one of the reasons for printing an address book! Selecting and de-selecting the Addresses field makes no difference.

There is an issue with the last versionS.
So if you have this issue you can try to update from V94 by manually downloading and installing V94 then V95 and then V96. But it doesn't work with all my PCs...

Thank you very much, I've been away for a few days and can now say: version 96.7 installed on Nov 8th did solve the issues. Thanks for the fast reaction.

I like cardview. Maybe it is the wrong adress. I'm sorry. But how can I get rid of the blue background in the contacts view?

When selecting lists, the display names are no longer shown, but the e-mail addresses. This is very impractical.

Great add-on for TB. I'm sticking with 94.4, though, because all the 95.x up to 95.5 just don't work for me, seeming to have lost the address books completely.

Depuis quelques jours, Cardbook ne crée que des problèmes, perte de contacts dans les groupes, arrêt de la synchronisation même lorsqu'elle est demandé manuellement. Cette extension nous a été très utile depuis que nous utilisons Framagenda pour l'agenda et les contacts. J'ai tenté une désinstallation puis réinstallation, mais alors la découverte des contacts est devenu impossible avec l'URL.

Using TB 128.3esr and Cardbook 95.5. I experience several bugs:
Cannot delete contact
Cannot move contacts across address books
And something strange. Now contacts with same category appears across address books but edit contacts show empty.

Tried to go back to old version to get back reliability. In the process got to reading the entire description. You are giving access of not only the program, but also your computer to an individual. NOT HAPPENING! Recommended by Thunderbird, guess it's going away too.. Been a user of both for several years..

Syncing still fails with version 95.5 (CardDAV on NAS with Cardbook on LINUX)

For the past two or three days, even with version 95.3, synchronization has stopped working—neither within the local network (with NAS) nor with Nextcloud. Setting up the accounts again hasn't changed anything. According to the console, there are some errors in the Cardbook configuration files, but I can't assess the impact of these errors.
