I've never had any trouble installing plugins for Firefox before. Usually I click the "install" button, FF asks me if I want to install it, and then FF restarts itself, and the plugin works.

Not with this plugin. I click the install button, FF goes through the motions of downloading it, and says it will install, then nothing happens. I tried restarting FF, in the hopes that the plugin just needed to reset, but no go. I tried uninstalling it, but it doesn't show up in my list of Add-ons. I tried installing again, but I got a window saying there is already an instance of this plugin running. Any ideas would be helpful, I'd like to use this.
