Due to the lack of time -- or a Windows computer -- to properly maintain the themes I made, I have pulled all of them off the public status. If anyone is interested in maintaining (or use material from) any of them, consider them released under MPL/GPL/BSD tri-license as defined by this add-on site. That is, if you want to use any of the content in the themes/add-ons, pick one or a combination of the above licenses and go ahead -- you don't have to ask or acknowledge me.
