After than your need to change the default colors of the background and text of the e-mail message in "Preferences (Settings) --> Formatting tab --> HTML - Styles", don't use default colors, change background: Red: 30, Grren: 0, Blue: 68; text: Red: 205, Grren: 202, Blue: 230.
And I don't know how to change the background color of the Address Book tab. It will look like a mixture of my theme and the default dark theme.
