I've been using Thunderbird & Lightning for years (currently still at TB v68). This combo is probably the only serious rival to Outlook, especially with a few very useful extensions like TBSync, Nostalgy, AttachmentExtractor, CardBook, which have no Outlook counterpart. I can sync my calendar, address book and tasks between multiple PCs and phones using CalDav, Exchange, etc. without much hassle.
