Very nice - works perfectly with 115!
I love the choice of the new icon with a solid colored background. Thank you!

Can you do a "Send Unsent Messages" button ? There is a menu item for it, but a button would be great - they have broken the previous "Get/Send" button :(
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.0.0).Yes, I think that should be possible.
Can you please contact me via [email protected]?

I'm running the new Tbird version 115 0b4 (Beta). Since the stock Get Mail icon/button is so tiny, I wanted to give this a shot. I use "Local Folders" for my folders. Good news: It works with 115 Beta. Bad news: It only works if you have previously selected precisely which inbox you want to use and have already fetched mail with the stock icon that is next to the blue "+New Message" button. Then this add-on will work as long as you have the Tbird open. If you close the program and re-open, then no go.
This add-on won't do a global "Local Folders" fetch upon startup. So I just used the "customize" function for the top main menu bar and added the stock icon with text on the left-side top to make the Beta more intuitive.
Please read the info given on the Add-on main page: "... only the accounts are checked for new messages for which you are authenticated (i.e. for which you entered your password)" and "it does the same as the default button 'Get All New Messages'."
If you are not satiisfied with that function, please don't blame my Add-on but reach out to the TB core team, e.g. via Feature Request in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Thunderbird
(By the way, if you tick the box in the password entry window "Use Password Manager to remember this password", then the TB stock button and my Add-on button will work as you want it to work.)

Becomes a pest because there is apparently no way to have it ignore "disabled" accounts. Unfortunately, the same behavior as TB "Get All New Message". Attempts connection on every account (which prompts for missing pwd) Should check if Account has "Check for new messages (x2)", "Auto download new messages", or "Fetch headers" properties set since TB doesn't actually have a "disabled" account setting.
FWIW, setting server name to an invalid host renders a workable solution. No nags about being unable to connect. Just add "-disabled" to host name, e.g.
In the description of the Add-on you can find: "When clicked, it does the same as the default button "Get Messages" dropdown menu entry "Get All New Messages".
So your review is not applicable to the Add-on but only for Thunderbird itself.
If you find the behaviour of Thunderbird inadequate, you can file a bug here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Thunderbird

Very practical extension, does exactly what is expected. Permissions should be restricted though !
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.0.0).Thank you for your positive feedback!
Regarding permissions, please read this:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/permission-request-messages-thunderbird-extensions#w_have-full-unrestricted-access-to-thunderbird-and-your-computer
As long as you download the Add-on from addons.thunderbird.net (ATN), you can be sure that the Add-on is safe.

This is just what I wanted. Hated that I had to right click and then select get mail for all mailboxes. Didn't realise I could also use a key shortcuts. Thank you C-E and Thunderbird

Ce module est super pratique lorsque plusieurs adresses mails sont utilisées dans Thunderbird. Le Développeur est vraiment très réactif et à l'écoute des différentes remarques.
5/5 sans hésitations ! :-)

It's bonkers that this isn't the default 'Get Messages' button behaviour! Thank you to the developer!

Does exactly what you would expect, why Thunderbird does not have this basic option is a mystery.
Also if like me you don't like the green arrows, right click and 'manage' then you have several colour/ grey / blank options... looks much better!

And now with a choice of different icons!
How little things can make me happy :-)

Thanks, works fine. The inbuilt keyboard shortcut also works, but I like having a button. Agree that a monochrome or even grayscale icon would look less glaring. I used userChrome.css to sub the inbuilt 'Get Messages' icon:
#gamb_pharqcon_com-browserAction-toolbarbutton {
--webextension-toolbar-image-2x: url("chrome://messenger/skin/icons/getmsg.svg") !important;
list-style-image: url("chrome://messenger/skin/icons/getmsg.svg") !important;
}
Exact css depends on system; YMMV
Version 2.0.2 now offers the possibility to choose between different icons.

Works great, just what I was looking for. But the yellow icon with green arrows is horrible! Otherwise 5 stars.
EDIT: Great update now a 5 star review! Thanks!
