The theme is great but it has some bugs and annoyances that were reported to the maintainer. He acknowledged them but never released a fix.

Meanwhile, Monterail Dark and Full Dark were released and polished by another dev and are now in much better shape.

when Thunderbird 60 release is maximized, the toolbar is misaligned.
The top of the tabs is cropped out and the Maximize, Minimize and close buttons are a couple of pixels above where they should be.

Theme already works in Thunderbird 60 Beta 10, however the hover on the minimize/maximize and close buttons are not properly sized.

I would also love it the theme creator would increase spacing in folder tree view and message subjects in message pane. :)

Simply beautiful. It brings Thunderbird to 2018.
