About this Add-on
For now you can manually install my CSS files with UserChrome/UserContent (see the github page).
You could also install dev version of Firefox and set extensions.legacy.enabled to true.
Until Mozilla adds an API or other method to globally apply CSS to Firefox, there isn't anything I can do to build a Firefox Quantum version.
CuteButtons works fine on Pale Moon, and I'll keep it updated on here till Mozilla decides no more XUL add-ons on AMO.
After that keep an eye on the github page or https://addons.palemoon.org/
Please read the Developer Comments before posting a review.
P.S. if you have icons missing/wrong, or you want an extension added then please send me an email.
For some reason this is my only addon that doesn't display the version notes below, so:
Inspired by/uses code & icon set from CuteMenus - Crystal SVG (you don't need to have CuteMenus installed).
Adds icons to these extensions, and generic icons to others:

This tries to add icons to every menu and button, if you have a slower computer you may wish to try a smaller icon extension.
This extension sticks icons all over firefox, you should expect your memory usage to increase

without CB: Private Bytes:123MB Working Set:139MB

CuteButtons has a knack for messing with configuration options for other extensions (try disabling icons in cutebuttons config, and please let me know)
For some languages I haven't added translations, so the statusbar shows a red X icon (you can hide the statusbar icons in the options or add them yourself and send the translated file to me)
You can use the .css files on older unsupported versions of firefox with UserChrome.css. You will also need a mosaic.png, place it in the same place as UserChrome.css.
You'll need a zip program to open the .xpi
Missing menu icons under linux:
If you've made an alternate mosaic.png and want it to be included then send it to [email protected]
You'll either need to edit one of the mosaic*.png files with the icons you like, then email it to me, or send me the edited XCF file.
This is the file I use to make the mosaic*.png files, you'll need a copy of gimp
